Today at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, smartphone manufacturer HTC announced they were working in partnership with Valve on a VR headset called Vive.
The Vive uses Valve's SteamVR tracking technology and pairs with two SteamVR base stations, which track your physical movement in virtual space without having to use a controller.
You can, of course, use a controller while wearing the headset. In addition to standard inputs, HTC also announced their own wireless controller that work through hand tracking.
